Book Your Appointment
Schedule your appointment with one of our certified Providers. Complete all intake forms and paperwork for your in-clinic visit at Manhattan Beach.

Visit Your Provider
Discuss your history, weight loss goals, and BMI with our Provider. We'll administer the necessary Tests, and determine the best treatment plan for you.

Receive Your First Dosage
During your visit, you'll receive your first dose. We'll schedule future appointments or provide a month's supply of syringes and a self-inject tool for at-home use.
Only $99 for a Consultation
Start with your Weight Loss Treatment Consultation, which is only $99. During your visit, our licensed Providers will run tests and learn about how best to support your weight loss goals and customize the perfect injection plan and dosage for you.
Weekly injections are $110 for Semaglutide or $175 for Tirzepatide.
