Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show Policy 

To be considerate of other patients' medical needs, we kindly request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. 

  • No-Show Fees: If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $25 no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance. 

  • Repeated Missed Appointments: If you miss three appointments or cancel without sufficient notice within a 3-month period, Sameday Health may terminate our relationship with you. We will provide 30 days of emergent care and assist in transferring your medical records to a new physician. 

Definition of a No-Show or Late Cancellation 

A no-show or late cancellation is defined as missing a scheduled telehealth or in-person appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice. 

Policy Details 

  1. Advance Notice of Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. 

  2. No-Show Fees: A $25 fee will be charged for missed appointments without proper notice. 

  3. Discharge from Services: Clients who have three no-shows or late cancellations within three months may be discharged from Sameday Health services. 

  4. Communication of Policy: Clients will receive a copy of this policy during the onboarding process, and it will be available on our website and through other communication channels. 

  5. Policy Review: This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated. Any changes will be communicated to clients promptly.

Refund Policy 

1. Appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. 

 Please cancel the appointment using the link provided in the appointment confirmation email. A refund will be issued automatically and appear on your bank or credit card statement within a few business days. 

2. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show will result in a penalty equivalent to $25 less than the amount paid for the respective product or service, as specified by our cancellation and no-show policy (see above). 

Please e-mail support@rumehealth.com to request a refund. Our customer service team will issue a refund within 3 business days.  

If you anticipate you will be late for your appointment, we kindly request that you call Customer Support at 855-932-7263 (SAME) to provide an estimated time of arrival. We will automatically mark your appointment as a no-show after 5 minutes if you have not contacted us or shown up for your appointment.  

Requesting a Refund 

Email support@rumehealth.com and provide you first and last name, the date and place of your appointment, your date of birth, the email address you signed up with, and the appointment type you booked.
