We strongly encourage you to book your appointment ahead of time. At this time, we do not handle appointments over the phone. The information you provide during the registration process will be securely and safely stored on our secured database and transmitted to our laboratories.

+ What health concerns do you address through virtual care?

Through personalized, tailored care, our medical professionals are able to address a myriad of health concerns including but not limited to: allergies, health & wellness check ups, stomach pain, gastrointestinal issues, sleep & fatigue concerns, colds & flus, yeast infections, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, eczema, acne, psoriasis, headaches & migraines, pink eye, asthma, cramps, diarrhea, bloating, and more. If appropriate, a provider will be able to prescribe tailored treatment plans and/or medications to a pharmacy of your choice.

+Will my insurance cover this?

There are two costs to keep in mind: The cost of the virtual care visit and the cost of any prescription medication, if appropriate. The virtual visit is all out-of-pocket, won’t be covered by your insurance, and is $99. The cost of the prescription may be covered by your insurance when you pick up the medication at your local pharmacy or opt to get it delivered. Just provide the pharmacy with your insurance information.

+ How long is the virtual visit?

The virtual visit will last about 20 minutes long and will be conducted through Zoom.

+ How can I sign up?

Appointments can be booked through the Sameday Health website. Simply select a date, time, input your personal information, and answer a few questions pertaining to your health history and concerns.

+ How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please email cs@rumehealth.com or call 855-932-7263 (SAME). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If a cancellation occurs within the 24 hour time period before the appointment, you will be charged for the appointment in full ($99).

+ How can I message my provider?

After booking, a confirmation email will be sent with an invitation to create an Elation Passport, an all-access patient portal in Elation where doctor's notes, lab results, and messages to and from your care team can be accessed.

+ How do I join the virtual visit?

Before the appointment, Sameday Health will send out an invitation to join a Zoom link (via email and text). Simply click this link to enter the doctor's waiting room. At the appointment time, the doctor will let you into the call.

+ How much does the virtual visit cost?

We only offer self paying options of $99 per virtual care visit.

+ Who can book an appointment?

Our virtual primary care appointments are currently offered to Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, New York, and Texas.

+ Can a Sameday Health doctor refill or order prescriptions?

If the doctor deems it medically necessary to prescribe a medication, then they are able to do so. Refills of medications are offered as well.

+ How will I receive my medications?

During your primary care visit, you'll be able to select which pharmacy you'd like to pick up your prescription from. If you're located in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas, we have partnered with Capsule Pharmacy, a courier pharmacy service offering same-day delivery of medications straight to your door.
