To opt-out of receiving emails, please click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email communication. To opt-out of receiving SMS, please reply STOP to any text message you have received.
In order for you to book an appointment, it is not required that you agree to receive email and/or SMS. We find that receiving information regarding your appointment, test results, and more can be helpful for our patients.
When you agree to receive our messages, you will be opted in for both email and SMS.
You will have the same opportunity to opt-in for our messages through the app. It is not required for you to opt-in through the app to complete booking your appointment.
Your email and phone number will be deleted from our list for receiving SMS messages and emails if you opt out . Your appointment and patient information will remain in our scheduling system.
Test results will be available via the client portal as a PDF laboratory report. This PDF can be printed or shown for travel needs. Please confirm the up-to-date testing requirements for your travel destination with your airline or travel agent.
If you need additional documentation for airline traveling, including a Doctor's Signature, please email support@sameday-testing.com.
Yes, you will still be opted in even if you cancel your appointment. If you would like to be opted out, please contact Customer Support at support@samedayhealth.com or (310) 697-8126.
